Benjamin P. Kahn
Benjamin P. Kahn joined the firm in 2015. Mr. Kahn graduated magna cum laude and was awarded Highest Honors in Earth and Environmental Sciences from Vanderbilt University where he received a B.A. in Philosophy, Mathematics, and Earth and Environmental Sciences.
Mr. Kahn graduated from Duke University School of Law in 2014, where he served as the Editor in Chief of the Duke Environmental Law and Policy Forum, received the Dean’s Scholarship Award and was selected for the Horvitz’s Fellowship in Public Law. While attending Duke University, Mr. Kahn worked as a Legal Intern at the White House in the Office of Science and Technology Policy. After graduation, Mr. Kahn completed a year-long fellowship in the Duke University Office of Counsel.
